To modify default windows fonts and colors

1) Right click on desktop and click on 'Properties'

2) In the Display Properties window select the 'Appearance' tab

3) Now click on 'Advanced'. Select the Item from the drop down list and change either font or color settings of the item

4) Click on 'OK'

To increase the size of your scrollbar

1) Right click on desktop and click on 'Properties'

2) In the Display Properties window select the 'Appearance' tab

3) Now click on 'Advanced'. 'Advanced Appearance' window will pop up. From the 'Item' dropdown list select 'Scrollbar'

4) Increase the size by using the up down button or by manually entering a number through the keyboard.

5) Click on 'OK'. The 'Advanced Appearance' window will close.

6) On the 'Display Properties' window click on 'Apply'
